As I was skimming thru Pinterest I came across a Pin that I have been thinking about and I've committed to take the plunge. When I was doing crunches/sit ups back in October and November, I saw a huge difference in my abs so it's time to start back up. Who's with me? Here's the pin...let me know what you think!
